ITS Maintenance Notice: Tuesday, September 27th || 6:00pm

Upgrades to the Network in Buildings 5, 7 , 8, 14: ITS is performing upgrades to the network in the following buildings, users may experience connection interruptions for a few minutes.

  • Building 5 (Geoffrey R. Weller Library)
  • Building 7 (Agora)
  • Building 8 (Teaching Laboratory)
  • Building 14 (Charles Jago Northern Sport Centre)

Banner Prod Upgrade: Users may experiencesome interruptions during this maintenance.

ITS Maintenance Notice:  Wednesday, September 28th || Time: 10:00pm – 12:00am

Banner Upgrade: The following applications will be unavailable during this upgrade.

  • Banner
  • SSB (self-service banner)

ITS Maintenance Notice: Thursday, September 29th  || Time: 4:00am to 6:00am

Patch DDI: Users may experience network interruptions during this maintenance.

ITS Information Notice:[Zoom] Depreciation of Basic Authentication for Exchange Online.

If you have previously connected your calendars to Zoom with Basic Authentication, you will need to reconnect using OAuth 2.0.

Note: If you do not update the authorization type to OAuth 2.0, this will cause calendar integrations to be disrupted.
