UNBC Alumni

Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate Ankur Patel represented Canada at the International Council of Nurses Congress in Helsinki, Finland. He shared insights on planetary health and student nurse employment while connecting with a global network of nursing leaders.

Over the last twenty years, starting with matriarch Elaine Hauck, five members of the Hauck family have received degrees through UNBC, all of whom have dedicated their careers to improving the lives of others.

Inspired by mentors, the United Way's workplace campaign at UNBC continues to thrive thanks to the ongoing efforts of Faculty of Indigenous Studies, Social Sciences and Humanities Professor Dr. Jacqueline Holler.
