Avaya IPO Phone System Upgrade: During this upgrade, all Avaya softphones and desk phones will experience service interruptions.

• Please submit a ticket if your phone does not reboot properly as of Thursday, June 22^nd.

ITS Information Notice: Windows 10 22H2 Feature Update || June 22^nd || Time: 10:30pm

What is this feature?

Microsoft has released Windows 10, version 22H2 which is a scoped release focused on quality improvements to the overall Windows experience in existing feature areas.

What is happening?

UNBC ITS will begin the installation of this feature on all applicable machinesstarting June 22^nd at 10:30pm. During this update, you will be unable to user your computer. If your workstation is powered off during that time, then the update will install the next time your workstation is online.

Important Note: This will only affect workstations that are running the 21H1 version, to check your windows version:

1. Right click your ‘windows button’  
2. Click ‘system’
3. Under windows specifications, version: 21H1
