The Safety and Risk Management department is committed to ensuring the health and safety of the UNBCÂ community, students, faculty, staff, contractors, and visitors.
The department is focused on preventing injury, damage to property, or to the university's reputation. All students, faculty, and staff have a role to play in maintaining a healthy, safe, and environmentally sustainable university.
We develop, review, and implement health and safety programs and policies while providing support and resources to faculty and departments ensuring regulatory requirements, teaching, and research activities are safely delivered.
