If you are having problems accessing online resources from off-campus, you can try to access the Library’s online resources using UNBC's virtual desktop.

  • Students: After entering your user ID, password, and domain, choose the "Student Lab" desktop.
  • Faculty and staff: Choose the "Faculty Remote Access" desktop.

This form will route your question through the Library's third-party ticketing software.
