TCPS 2 tutorial
The Panel on Research Ethics has developed an online tutorial, TCPS 2: CORE-2022 (Course on Research Ethics). It is designed to support the Canadian research community's implementation of the Tri-Council Policy Statement for the Ethical Conduct for Research Involving Humans (TCPS 2).
Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) Training
As a recipient of Tri-Agency funding, UNBC expects the highest standards of integrity from its researchers, trainees, students and staff, as per the Tri-Agency Framework: Responsible Conduct of Research (2021). As such, adherence to this framework, Tri-Agency policies, as well as UNBC policies and procedures is required. Thus it is strongly recommended that all UNBC researchers complete the CITI RCR online training program. After completing the RCR online training course, researchers will be provided with a certificate of completion to be uploaded to Romeo through the 'Responsible Conduct of Research Certification' form, if desired. It is recommended that researchers encourage their trainees, students and research staff to complete this training.
