Our fitness and recreation schedule for winter 2025 is available now!
Drop-in starts January 6 and includes favourites such as Cycle Fit, Athletic Yoga, Tai Chi, volleyball and pickleball.
Registered programs start January 13. New to the registered program side is Mat Pilates, Pre-Natal Fitness, Aerial Yoga and more.
Members can register for Session 1 beginning December 23. Non-members on December 30.
