To request a hold or cancellation for your membership at the Northern Sport Centre, please complete the form below.

PAD memberships are monthly dues paid automatically from a bank account.
PIF memberships are monthly dues paid in full at the time of member registration.
Please note: All membership hold requests depend on final approvals and verification of account details with the NSC.
Hold details, monthly dues, and your membership expiry date will be adjusted, taking into consideration member accounts and the hold details listed above.

Cancellations can only be processed after three (3) months of dues have been paid (per membership).
Consideration may be given for medical reasons with a valid doctor's note within two months of the date the dues were charged. A maximum refund of two months could apply.
PIF memberships are monthly dues pre-paid in full at the time of member registration.
