Get to know our Northern Regional Integrated Clerkship (NRIC) communities!

These short videos provide introductions to our NRIC communities – featuring medicine and teaching in each location, as well as some community highlights.

Year 3 clerkship opportunities for Northern Medical Program students include NRIC (Northern Regional Integrated Clerkship); ICC (Integrated Community Clerkships); or rotational clerkships at UHNBC (University Hospital of Northern British Columbia).

About the Videos
These videos are not intended to be comprehensive, but are meant to share an ‘authentic taste’ of the place and people. They represent a “point in time” based on when filming took place; all of these communities experience seasons, and most will have snow for three to six months of the year.
