Mackenzie
Mackenzie is a friendly community of about 3700, nestled between the Rocky and Omineca Mountains. Mackenzie is on the traditional territory of the McLeod Lake First Nation.
The Mackenzie and District Hospital and Health Centre houses most of the health services in the community in one building, and learners will have the chance to work with a clinical team including allied health professionals and physicians who love to teach.
The town is surrounded by multiple lakes and a groomed trail system that are within a 5-minute drive, and also has a beautiful recreation centre.
