Current Graduate Students
If you are currently attending UNBC, the best place to find answers to your questions is our website. The Manage Your Program section has detailed information to help you navigate through your degree. Our Where to Find Support page provides direction on frequently asked questions. If you don't find an answer to your question on our website, please email grad-office@unbc.ca.
For current graduate students, we also operate a Virtual Officefrom 9:00 am to 1:00 pm to 3:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. We are closed between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm, and on all statutory holidays and UNBC closures. Find us in our Virtual Office by clicking this link (to join Zoom). The pass-code is 991500. You will be placed into a waiting room and if a staff member is available, they will admit you to the Zoom room. If you are not immediately admitted, it is most likely because we are dealing with another student. Feel free to stay in the waiting room until a staff member is available or step out and email grad-office@unbc.ca for a reply.
Please note that we do not support graduate admissions in the Virtual Office and you should use the above email addresses to get answers to your questions unless you are a current student. If you need help with registration, email registration@unbc.ca.
