The Graduate Administration Office provides services for current graduate students, staff and faculty. Some questions may be answered by reviewing the Graduate Administration Webpage. This is also where current graduate forms are located.

Access to in-person support can be requested at the front counter of the Office of the Registrar during regular working hours. Please note we have limited staff available for in-person service and encourage students to e-mail their requests and inquiries to grad-office@unbc.ca.  On-line appointments may be requested with the Graduate Services Enrolment Representative by emailing grad-office@unbc.ca. Please ensure you (current student) are providing a variety of time(s) and date(s) for this on-line appointment request.

Hours of Operation 

Monday to Friday:  9:00 a.m. to 1:00pm then 2:00pm to 4:00pm
The office is closed from 1:00pm to 2:00pm

Please take note of the lunch hour closure. 

Closed on all statutory holidays, weekends and during UNBC closures noted in the calendar.
