Strengthen your leadership qualities and empower individuals and teams to higher levels of performance. The Executive Leadership program focuses on providing the concepts and practices of leadership in a high impact learning-environment.

Program Description

UNBC Continuing Studies has partnered with Global Knowledge to provide executives with a range of Executive Leadership training opportunities, combining theory and best practices with hands-on, real-world exercises. All courses are delivered by leaders in the field and focus on creating a custom learning experience that enables you to craft your own leadership style.

Take the Core Certificate and develop Executive Leadership knowledge and expertise along with a cohort of your peers.

To go further, or if you already have sufficient experience, select electives that increase your skills and knowledge in the leadership topics that suit your needs. Complete both the Core Certificate and at least three days of electives to earn your Executive Leadership Associate Certificate.

Six courses taken as a cohort:

2. Motivate for Full Engagement (half day)
3. Align for Results (half day)
4. Leading Continuous Change (one day)
5. Leading Transformation (one day)
6. Leading High Performing Teams (one day)

Associate Certificate

The Core Certificate described above.

Plus choose three days of the elective courses below:

1. Powerful Presentations (two days)
2. Leading Innovation (one day)
3. Women in Leadership (one day)
4. Communicating for Clarity (one day) 
5. Maximizing your Emotional Intelligence (one day) 

If you are interested in developing your skills as a leader but do not need a Certificate, you can take the electives independently and advance your opportunities in your organization.
