As a woman in leadership, navigating the professional landscape can be complex. This course empowers you to succeed in any workplace scenario by providing pragmatic solutions to common challenges. You'll learn to:

  • Negotiate strategically
  • Set clear workplace boundaries
  • Collaborate effectively with challenging individuals
  • Gain confidence and pride in your leadership

Delivery: Virtual live

We'll explore the experiences of women in leadership, unpacking strategies to address workplace inequities; mentor other equity-deserving individuals; and manage microaggressions, biases, and discrimination.

Through an intersectional lens, we'll examine systemic barriers to gender equity and develop strategies for collective excellence. 

Women in Leadership can be completed as a stand-alone course or as an elective within the Executive Leadership Associate Certificate.

Course Requirements

Students must have a computer with a webcam in order to attend class and participate in exercises and knowledge checks. Students are required to attend at least 80% of class time.
