Applicants can access important resources early in the application cycle, as well as use our secure email communication for their admission decisions and important information about their application to UNBC.
Overview
Once you have submitted your application and our office has completed an initial review, you will receive an email from our Information Technology Services (ITS) office with instructions on how to access your UNBC account and mailbox.
If an applicant has multiple UNBC email address (staff/faculty/alumni), please use your student email address that IT has sent to you. You will be required to use your student email to login applicant dashboard (e.g. teststudent@unbc.ca).
Tip: If you have not received an invitation to access your UNBC student email account, check your spam folder and contact us if you cannot find it:
- Undergraduate admissions: admissions@unbc.ca
- Graduate admissions: FutureGradStudents@unbc.ca
Use your UNBC email address to:
- Receive notifications regarding application
- Update us on the status of your decision
- Send attachments (like transcripts, statement of intent, etc.), to our Admissions team
- Access important emails from our UNBC Admissions team, including Applicant Dashboard notifications, as well as pertinent messages designed for all UNBC applicants/students.
Coming Soon
In the future, we anticipate enhancements to this service will include access to apply for awards and make payments. Currently, applicants must be admitted to access these resources.
