Super Supported Science Studying!
Every Thursday during the Fall and Winter semesters the ASC hosts Super Supported Science Studying (often referred to as 4S). We station tutors in a large space (Learning Commons Bear Lounge, room 5-134) stocked with tables and whiteboards, and invite all students to study science content, with tutor support. Schedules will be made available detailing when tutors for certain subjects will be on duty in the room.
Bring your friends and join us for a day of collaborative and supported science studying!
MACE
The Mathematical Academic Centre for Excellence (MACE) is a student-centred space dedicated to students taking math-based courses. MACE is a space for working on problems alone or in groups or for getting help from tutors, teaching assistants, and faculty who are available at scheduled times. Students go to MACE to do practice problems, work in study groups, do math problems related to science and business courses, receive help, and discuss math concepts.
MACE is located in room 10-2088 in the Teaching and Learning building.
