Gabrielle Jacob graduated from UNBC in 2020 with a BA in Political Science and Global and International Studies.  Her article on the effects of federalism on climate change policy in Canada and the United States was recently published in Federalism-E, a bilingual, open-access, peer-reviewed undergraduate journal at the Institute of Intergovernmental Relations at Queen's University and the Royal Military College in Kingston, Ontario.
