Winter 2021 Session 2 Schedule
We are pleased to announce that Session 2 of the Winter 2021 program is confirmed. Low intensity, physical distanced fitness and recreation will be offered from March to May. High intensity is still cancelled as per the order by the Provincial Health Office.

Group Fitness
These classes remain open to members only. Advance sign up for the entire session (not by day) is still required and opens February 22.
Registered Programs
Active Aging (s) and 30 + Strength and Conditioning will be offered again. They are open to members and non at affordable rates.
Members can register beginning February 22. Non-members on March 1.
