Jan.15 Update - Fitness Schedule Return
We are pleased to announce that select, low intensity group fitness and registered programs will run February 1 - March 7. The schedule from March 7 onwards will be confirmed at a later date.
All physical activity orders issued by the Provincial Health Officer are being followed and as the COVID-19 situation evolves so will our response.
GROUP FITNESS
Low intensity, group fitness classes will return - Tai Chi, Boomer Fit and all versions of Yoga.
Classes are only open to members with active accounts and pre-registration is now required. This is in accordance with the Provincial Health Officer allowing for contact tracing if necessary.
REGISTERED PROGRAMS
Four different registered programs will return to the schedule. They are open to members and non-members at affordable rates.
