Fall 2022 Program Schedule Release
Did you have a good summer? We did! We hosted the BC Summer Games, Timberwolves sport camps and even have new staff!
Speaking of staff, they have been busy and the fall 2022 program schedule is done!
Fall 2022 will start September 12 and end December 18. As always, we offer Recreation North play, group fitness drop-in (included with membership) and registered programs (extra cost to participate):
Session 1: September 12 - October 30
Session 2: October 31 - December 18
Drop-in favourites return like Boomer Fit and Cardio Dance. New to the drop-in schedule is Mind Over Mat - a yoga practice that combines stretching and mindful presence.
We have added another Boxer Fit class on the registered side and all the regular programs like Weekend Warrior and Active Aging return.
