Fall 2021 Schedule Release
We are so happy to announce the return of a full registered and group-fitness schedule this fall!
Group Fitness
Drop-in classes are open to all. Popular classes like Fit Camp and Zumba return, and we have added four new ones: Early Riser, HIIT Boot Camp, Glute Camp. and Ying & Yang Yoga.
Recreation North
Basketball, volleyball are back on the sked with pickleball and badminton! (This schedule runs Sept. 1 - Dec.19, 2021.)
Registered Programs
Open to all and full capacity returns. Pre-registration is still required. Discounted rates for members. Favourites like Women on Weights returns and two new have been added: Core & Abs and Fit at 50+.
