Aim:
Introduce participants to the concept of liberating structures and provide interactive opportunities to try them as a way to promote creative problem solving and innovation.

Description:
In this 2-hour workshop, participants will learn about creativity and innovation and how to promote divergent outside the box thinking and approaches to problems using liberating structures.

Learning Objectives: By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

• Explain the value of creativity in problem solving
• Understand the concept of liberating structures and when they might be applied
• Apply liberating structures to their work
