Presenter Information 

Poster Set Up and Poster Presentation 

Poster Session 1:  

• Location: Charles McCaffrey Hall (Building 3) 
• Date: November 7th, 2023  
• Time: 5:00pm-6:00pm 
• Poster viewing during the conference opening reception. 
• You may hang your poster any time between 3:30pm-4:45pm. Your name will be on the poster board you are assigned to. 
• Please stand next to your poster from 5:00pm-6:00pm (1 hour) 
• Poster take down is after the poster session. 

Poster Session 2:  

• Location: NUSC Event Space room (Building 6 Room 6-250) 
• Date: November 8th, 2023  
• Time: 2:10pm-3:00pm 
• You may hang your poster in any time between 830am-1:45pm. Your name will be on the poster board you are assigned to. 
• Please stand by your poster from 2:10pm-3:00pm 
• Poster take down after the poster session 

Oral presentation and Rapid Fire 

• Please have your PowerPoint presentation on a flash drive to give to the session moderator so they may easily add it to the computer in the room.
• Please ensure you are at the session 15 minutes ahead of time for set up.
