Confidentiality
Your confidentiality is important to us. The medical information shared with Employee Well-being is kept in a separate, confidential file only accessible by the Employee Well-being team. Employee Well-being has the right to request clear, current, and credible medical information during the accommodation process. In most cases, employees are not required to disclose a specific diagnosis. Our primary focus is to gather information about the functional implications of your disability(ies) and/or medical condition(s) to determine how we can best support your participation in the workplace.
