UNBC IT Service Management System Notification - off-campus access
UNBC's Service Management System is only available to active employees while they are connected to the UNBC Network.
If you have reached this page you may have tried to access our IT Support system from outside the UNBC Network.
To access https://support.unbc.ca while off campus please consider one of the following options to gain access to the UNBC Network and obtain IT Service
- Visit https://support.unbc.ca while connected to UNBC's VPN. UNBC Account information is required. More information on VPN connections can be found at our VPN webpage.
- Visit https://support.unbc.ca while using our Virtual Desktop environment. UNBC Account information is required. More information on VMWare View can be found at our VMWare View webpage.

- Email support@unbc.ca which will auto-create a Service Request on your behalf. No UNBC Account required. Please ensure that you provide contact information to expedite the request through the system.
