The application fee ($30.00) and Residence room deposit ($275.00) are due during the application process. All other Residence fees will be due on the first day of move-in each semester.

Extensions between semesters

January 2025 semester extension
- January semester extensions are available to students living in Residence for the January semester and will be continuing into the Spring/May semester.
- All residents staying on campus during the January semester extension must apply for the extension through Housing portal and pay the extension fee for the nights they remain in Residence.
- There is a $32.50 nightly extension fee.
- All students that apply for this extension will be expected to be present on residence during the extension period.
- All students must pack and prepare to move to their new suites for the Spring/May semester.
- If you are not present during the full extension period, you will not be eligible for the extension and will be expected to move out 24 hours your last exam. Students will then have to move in during our September semester move in date.
May 2025 semester extension
- May semester extensions are available to students living in Residence for the May/Summer semester and have confirmed housing for the September semester.
- All residents staying on campus during the May semester extension must apply for the extension through Housing portal and pay the extension fee for the nights they remain in Residence.
- There is a $32.50 nightly extension fee.
- All students that apply for this extension will be expected to be present on Residence during the extension period.
- All students must pack and prepare to move to their new suites for the September semester.
