University Jean Moulin Lyon III in beautiful Lyon, France organizes the DEUF program (Diplôme d’Etudes Universitaires Françaises) for students from outside France. This program aims to promote internationally-oriented training while affirming the identity of Lyon.

About the program
The DEUF program is intended for foreign students who want to experience the French university system while learning about the many facets (national, regional, local) of contemporary French society.
By enroling in this program, students can improve their knowledge of the French language and culture and take courses in one or more disciplines.
Students can come and study for one semester (Fall Semester/Spring Semester) or for the entire academic year.
Compulsory courses
- French language (20 hours per semester)
- Initiation à la Culture Française (10 hours per semester)
- Methodology (10 hours)
- Introduction to French law (24 hours per semester) (for students who wish to choose courses in the Faculty of Law)

- Different course levels (undergraduate and graduate)

Note: The minimum French language level requirement is B2 for Law and Philosophy courses, and B1 for all other courses.
Cost per semester
The program costs € 3000 (approximately $4070.00 CAD) per semester.
