UNBC Among the Best in Canada
Nationalsurveys published by three of Canada's leading news media are providingadditional evidence of UNBC's emergence as one of the country's bestsmall universities.

UNBC achieved its greatestresult ever, placing second among 19 universities nationwide in the"primarily undergraduate" category. High marks were earned for thequality of the students and faculty, library acquisitions, and research.

Canadian University Report
UNBC scored an A+ for class size and sharedsecond spot in BC (A-) for overall student satisfaction. Seven BCuniversities participated in the report, which was based on a survey ofstudents.

Canada's University Innovation Leaders
UNBC was named a "Research University of the Year" for its research intensity. The report stated that over the past fiveyears, only one university in Canada has experienced a greater researchgrowth rate than UNBC.
