November 27, 2001 For Immediate Release
One of the University's longest running traditions will continue next week when UNBC hosts its eighth annual Great Santa Claus Debate. The annual event pits teams of UNBC employees and students in a debate over the existence of Santa Claus. This year, Michel Bouchard, Charles Hogg, and Sandra Earle will argue for Santa Claus; they will be opposed by Lincoln Heaney, Adrienne Switzer, and Dan Wingham.
The event will take place in the Winter Garden on Monday, December 3rd at 7pm and include Christmas caroling, refreshments, and a special guest. The Great Santa Claus Debate is appropriate for the whole family and there is no cost to attend.
