The Psychology Department will support a Psychology Undergraduate Student for the expenses associated with actively participating at academic conferences. The maximum value of this award is $500.

The UNBC Psychology Undergraduate Student Travel Award application submission deadline is 6 months prior to the conference. This award can be split over one or more conferences during the same academic year.

Students will be asked to submit receipts to the Psychology Administrative Assistant once they return from the conference, please keep all related receipts.

Student eligibility criteria

1. Students must have declared a Psychology major. 
2. Must provide description or evidence of a current research project from either their Psychology Honours Program or (six credit) Independent Study.
3. Must have a supervisor. 

Application Form

Due to a high number of applications, the submissions will be reviewed by the Psychology Department for approval.
