What to Expect from the UNBC Land Development Corporation

The UNBC Land Development Corporation, in its capacity as the Trustee of the Trust, will be empowered to utilize the Trust Property to operate for-profit business activities. These will be done within the parameters of the vision provided by UNBC and always in the best interests of UNBC. 

• Responsibilities of the Corporate Trustee include: 
  • Adherence to UNBC Vision 
  • Negotiation of Land Transfer with UNBC, and assisting (as requested by UNBC) in obtaining all required approvals for same 
  • Development of 46 acres of leased UNBC land 
  • Provision of income to beneficiaries (UNBC and UNBC Foundation) 
  • Creation of community within the larger community of Prince George
