What to expect

  1. Networking Opportunities: Engage in meaningful conversations with professionals from various organizations. This is a chance to build your network and learn directly from those working in the sector.
  2. Career Exploration: Discover various career paths which may stem from your chosen degree path. Speak with employers about what they look for in candidates and get advice on how to succeed in the sector.
  3. Panel: Attend panel discussions led by industry experts, alumni and faculty. Topics may include resume building, interview tips, industry trends, and career development strategies.
  4. Employer Booths: Visit employer booths to learn more about their organizations, current job openings, and internship opportunities. Bring your resume and be prepared to make a great impression.

How to prepare

  • Research: Look up the organizations that will be attending the fair. Understand their missions, recent initiatives, and the types of roles they are hiring for.
  • Resume: Bring multiple copies of your resume. Make sure it is up-to-date and highlights your relevant skills and experiences.

Registration is not required for students , but recommended so you may receive reminders about the upcoming events, which employers will be attending and information on how to prepare.
