I am a PhD Economics student and currently hold a student position this summer with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

What do you really enjoy about Economics?

Using scientific evidence-based approach to solve real-world problems that affect both developed and developing economies in order to promote inclusive economic progress and prosperity for all.

Why would you recommend the Economics program at UNBC to potential students?

The Economics program at UNBC equips graduates with adequate economic tools to solve real-world problems. The program integrates theory with hands-on practical experience to produce well-rounded economics graduates, ready to take on active roles in the real world or go further to graduate school.
