This course is geared towards intermediate fly anglers who are interested in developing a greater appreciation for stream/river entomology and fishing techniques.

• Sampling for aquatic insects
• General aquatic insect behaviour
• Identification and biology of the major stoneflies, mayflies, and caddisflies
• Nymphing, wetfly, emerger and dry fly fishing techniques
