Grant and Proposal Writing
Attend this highly interactive 12-hour workshop and learn the steps needed to write a successful grant or contract proposal.
Through constant interaction, feedback and thought-provoking exercises during the two days, students will obtain the skills to be able to create unique and well-planned project proposals that address a current challenge within a group/society/community, while meeting the criteria of the funding organization.

About the Instructor
Julie Bowser lives in the Cariboo Chilcotin and has over 25+ years of administration experience in adult education. The past 10 years of her professional career focused on writing successful contract and/or grant proposals for program/project development and implementation.
In 2014 Thompson Rivers University awarded Julie their Distinguished Service Award for her work in developing non-traditional innovative programming to address learning challenges faced in rural communities.
This course consistently receives excellent reviews.
Course Requirements
Students should be prepared to devote 100% of their time to this workshop as he/she will be expected to participate in a variety of online classroom exercises. Willingness to be a participant in group activities. Have access to internet and webcam.
