Board of Governors
The UNBC Board of Governors provides oversight of the financial affairs of the University. There are two designated Alumni representatives that sit on the Board. These positions are chosen by the provincial Board Resourcing and Development Office from a short list of candidates that is submitted by the Alumni Association Board of Directors. Senate
The UNBC Senate provides the academic governance of the University. There are four designated Alumni representatives in Senate, called lay senators. These positions are selected by elections every three years, or based on vacancy. If you are interested in the Senate, please contact alumni@unbc.ca
