Biography

Dr. Elisha Williams earned her dual Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Alberta, her MA at UNBC, and her PhD at the University of Alabama.

She has over 15 years of experience as an occupational therapist, including ten years in Prince George, where she served the Northern Health Authority in a variety of roles.

Outside of her work in occupational therapy, she is a decorated wheelchair basketball player and coach. Her accolades in the sport include a Silver Medal at the 2007 Parapan American Games, a Bronze Medal at the 2010 World Championships in Canadian Women’s Wheelchair Basketball, and multiple Collegiate National Championships with Alabama Women’s Wheelchair Basketball. She was inducted into the Prince George Sports Hall of Fame in March of 2019.
