Dr. Sra's research focuses on sustainability reporting, ESG disclosures, and carbon accounting, examining their financial impacts on businesses. She has published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at international conferences. Her teaching spans corporate finance, managerial accounting, and sustainability, integrating real-world applications to develop critical thinking and decision-making skills. She is actively involved in curriculum development and sustainability initiatives within the School of Business.
