Research and Expertise

Building on insights from my dissertation, I am focused on People’s Development, Organizational Development, and their Impact on Organizational Effectiveness. My dissertation explored the role of coaching in employee development, revealing how intentional coaching practices positively influence attitudes, self-efficacy, and overall growth. Expanding on these insights, I am interested in understanding how administrative and management practices within organizations can strategically integrate development frameworks that drive both individual empowerment and organizational progress. Specifically, I focus on mechanisms through which coaching, collaborative practices, and supportive management structures enhance resilience, adaptability, and effectiveness within teams and departments. My aim is to contribute to a deeper understanding of how targeted development initiatives in administration and management foster higher productivity, employee engagement, exceptional service, and a culture of continuous improvement—ultimately impacting organizational success and sustainability.
