Biography
Dr. Kafui Monu's work focuses on understanding, determining and analyzing requirements for information systems involving human decision-making. His work spans the development of systems and processes for disaster management, marketing simulations, financial services, customer relationship management, and gamification. He is the President of the AIS Special Interest Group on Game Design and Research, and has hosted several conference tracks on the subject.
