Biography

Komla Avoumatsodo is a PhD Candidate and Lecturer in Economics at the University of Quebec in Montreal. He also holds a position as a Lecturer at the National School of Public Administration of Quebec. Previously, he served as a Research Fellow at the International Union for Conservation of Nature from May 2023 to February 2024. Prior to pursuing his PhD studies, he worked as a Statistician Consultant at the World Bank Group in the department of Poverty and Equity in Washington DC from August 2016 to June 2018. He earned a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Lomé in Togo in 2012, and an MA in Economics and Statistics from ENSEA in Côte d’Ivoire in 2016.
