Biography

I am a trained Physician and has a Doctoral degree in Neurosciences. I have been with UNBC's School of Health Sciences since Aug 2019, working as a Senior Lab Instructor in the School of Health Sciences. I have an extensive mix of experience working mostly in academia and also an accomplished researcher having worked predominantly in understanding the human Autonomic Physiology. I am specialized in studying Autonomic Dysfunction in conditions such Epilepsy and Muscular Dystrophy evidenced by a number of publications in peer reviewed journals. I also have extensive experience teaching grads, Master's as well as PhD students in such things as laboratory techniques in Autonomic Physiology, research methodology and statistics.

Research and Expertise

Interested in studying the Neuro-Cardiac Autonomic Modulation in Northern populations and explore the effect of adjuvant therapies on health and diseased human states.
