A tentative collective agreement has been reached between the University of Northern British Columbia and CUPE 2278-03, which represents Graduate Teaching Assistants.

The tentative agreement is subject to ratification by the union and its members, and by the University’s Board of Governors. The agreement, which covers the period from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2025 was reached under the Government of British Columbia’s Shared Recovery Mandate. More details will be available once an agreement is ratified by both parties.
