Understanding Precarity in BC Project (SFU Labour Studies) are co-hosting a day-long workshop on precarity in Northern BC at UNBC on 23 April. UNBC faculty participating will be Dr. Rheanna Robinson (FNST), Dr. Hart Banack (EDUC), Dr. Indrani Margolin (SOCW), and Professor Dawn Hemingway (Emerita, SOCW). Participants from Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities and agencies in the North will share knowledge and perspectives and help shape research into the characteristic and varied forms of precarity that characterize northern BC.
