Dr. Seitzinger recently joined the Pacific Institute for Climate Solutions (PICS) from her position as Executive Director of the International Geosphere-Biosphere Program based in Stockholm, Sweden. Sybil attended the United Nations Conference of Parties (COP) 21 meetings in Paris last month and brings her knowledge to Prince George and UNBC.

Dr. Seitzinger was the Director of the Rutgers/NOAA Cooperative Marine Education and Research Program, a visiting professor at Rutgers University in the U.S., and served as President of the American Society of Limnology and Oceanography from 2006-2010.
