In some ways we're seeing the best of times and in other ways we're witnessing a stagnation in progress, particularly in terms of wages and leadership. Professor Berdahl describes the evolution of different frameworks for thinking about and addressing gender in organizations. She identifies underlying assumptions, implied remedies, and discusses their ultimate effectiveness.
