The University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) invites applications for a one-year term position in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the rank of Assistant Professor, with a proposed starting date of July 1, 2025. As an institution committed to the fostering of an inclusive and transformative learning environment, UNBC values high quality and growth in both teaching and scholarship.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching 5-6 Statistics courses from introductory to 4th year level, including:

Introductory Statistics courses for Engineering students
Various standard 3rd and 4th year Statistics courses
