Dr. Casperson received his Ph.D. and M.Math. in Pure Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, and his B.Sc. in Mathematical Physics from Simon Fraser University. His research areas include computational algebra, Galois theory, universal algebra, and programming language semantics.

Dr. Haque received his Masters and PhD in Computer Science from Iowa State University, USA. He joined UNBC in 1995 and is presently Full Professor, cross-appointed in the Department of Computer Science and School of Business.

Dr. Hirt received his PhD and MSc from the University of Calgary, specializing in networking, cryptography, and security. He received his BSc from the University of Northern British Columbia.

Dr. Fan Jiang received both his MSc and PhD in Computer Science from University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Canada. His research areas include big data mining, association rule mining, frequent pattern mining, social network mining, sentiment analysis, machine learning, and data visualization.

Mr. Allan Kranz received his M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Northern British Columbia.

Dr. Sajal Saha is a Tenure-track Assistant Professor at the University of Northern British Columbia, specializing in Machine Learning for Intelligent Wireless Communications, IoT, and Cyber-Attack Detection.
